New (not more than 10 hours of use and previously unregistered) Mercury and Mariner gasoline out-boards, Jet Drive Power Packages, MerCruiser Stern drive/Inboard packages, MerCruiser complete engines only (used to repower vessel), diesel engines registered in our warranty system and selected MotorGuide product which is new, and previously unregistered (serial number beginning with 9BXXXXXX). Also eligible are used Mercury Camp Program outboard engines and selected Mercury Outboard Racing models.

Non-Eligible Products and Uses

• Product which has been manufactured previous to the current calendar year or three immediately preceding years

• Hi-Performance Products, regardless of length of warranty period with the exception of selected models. (Contact an Authorized Mercury Marine Hi-Performance Dealer for a list of these models)

• Pacemaker engines

• Engine products with less than one-year standard warranty

• Products used commercially and/or products used to generate revenue in any manner

• Products used by local, State, or Federal government or volunteer agencies

• Any application using three or more engines as the main power source in the same craft, unless boat is specifically designed for three engines and is not otherwise excluded.

• Four-cycle long blocks/power heads, two-cycle power heads, transmissions, jet pumps or stern drive assemblies that are purchased separately to replace worn out or damaged original assemblies.

• MotorGuide Trolling Motors, regardless of length of warranty period, with the exception of selected models (serial number beginning with 9BXXXXXX)

• MotorGuide parts and accessories marketed by MotorGuide or Mercury Marine, regardless of the length of warranty. Contact an Authorized MotorGuide Servicing Dealer for a list of the eligible MotorGuide models

Products which have been modified or altered from their original production configuration are not eligible for Mercury Product Protection.
